"I had a great experience renting through BFPM, with King W. R. as my property manager. King made me feel very welcomed - he was professional, knowledgeable, and informative throughout the process. I was apprehensive looking for a place, at this time, during this Sars-Cov-2 Pandemic - but BFPM provided a virtual tour on their site and King was gracious to offer a facetime walk-through of the space. The 1X1 apartment is beautifully equipped with brand new appliances, new cabinets, and wood flooring. The complex is clean and modern.
