Margaret Holden oversees Beach Front Property Management’s Accounting and Human Resources departments. She also oversees the financial reporting for 10k+ units of owned and managed properties, producing 380+ monthly financial statements, as well as the company’s systems and procedures. Prior to Beach Front, she worked as Controller for other property management companies, handling multifamily and commercial properties, out-of-state portfolios, affordable housing, and residential construction. She obtained her B.S. in Finance from Santa Clara University and her MBA from Cal State Fullerton.
