Kyle Kazan is the Founder and Chairman of Beach Front Property Management. He is also a founder and managing member of Beach Front Properties LLC, a real estate syndication company. His portfolio spans residential and commercial properties across the U.S., China and Germany with a focus on distressed properties, earning Kazan a reputation as both an “impact investor” and “vulture investor.” He is a recognized expert in repositioning rundown properties into stable assets as well as a court certified expert in property management. In addition to real estate investing, Kyle has also been involved in the management of venture capital. He has been a Director of the Dalton Distressed Mortgage Fund, Dalton High Yield Mortgage Fund and Kings Bay Investment Company, Ltd.

Prior to forming BFPM and BFP, Kyle was as a special education teacher and subsequently served for five years in law enforcement where he garnered his expertise in gang and drug identification/eradication. Kyle has extensive experience in repositioning troubled assets, turning them into pride of ownership properties with high occupancy, above market rents and high ratings from residents. He guest lectures about management and investing at NYU Stern Business School, UCLA Anderson Business School, USC Marshall School of Business and at various industry events. Kyle received his BA degree in History from the University of Southern California.
