Kris Hulgreen was recruited to Beach Front Property Management in 2002 shortly after graduation college, where he was a resident at one of BFPM’s communities. He excelled as an on-site manager and was promoted through the ranks of the company and he currently serves as Chief Operating Officer.

Kris holds a bachelor of science degree from Cal State Fullerton, where he played for the varsity soccer team. He has completed his Certified Apartment Manager Course 1 (CAM I), his EPA Renovation Certification, and was inducted into the Hall of Fame for soccer at his alma mater Mater Dei in 1997.
