Adel Rafael, founder & CEO of Vista Property Accounting brings more than 23 years of experience in the commercial real estate & financial arenas to the executive team at Vista Property Management's Accounting Division.

Prior to founding Vista Property Accounting, Mr. Rafael utilized his real estate expertise at RE/MAX Olson & Associates. There he brokered deals on a variety of properties including apartment complexes, medical buildings & restaurant spaces.

Before RE/MAX, Adel worked as the Controller & CFO for Beverly Hills headquartered Orangefair Company, an operator of predominately retail based properties including Regional Shopping Centers, where he was instrumental in increasing the company’s assets from $100 million to $280 million & from 900,000 square feet to 1,750,000 square feet of retail space with an average 92% occupancy rate.

During the 12 Years that Mr. Rafael spent at the Orangefair Company he supervised a two year transformation of Orangefair Market Place from a run down center, to a trophy center that was anchored by Circuit City, Burlington Coat Factory & many other leading retailers.

He has also worked at Kenny Nomura Corporation & began his career at Coldwell Banker. In 1986 Mr. Rafael attended received a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting. He became a RE Broker in 2008.


Compliance

Our on-site staff is fully trained and experienced in all aspects of required compliance reporting to local and state monitoring agencies as well as lenders and owners. The laws, statutes and timetables are always being amended and changed. New regulations, along with existing, can be challenging to understand and open the door to penalties caused by confusion. Vista Property Management's accurate and timely financial reporting eliminates all concerns and will provide a full understanding of the financial status and potential of any property.

Compliance requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
